Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours after you receive the product (If any defect in the products). If 24 hrs have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We extremely request to you Please make a Video of the product when unboxing, We will accept the product in return policy if any defect is seen in the video.
For any wrong product ordered by your end, Infyshopy will not bear any third-party cost (Third-party cost included Shiping Courier+Rozarpay Commission). These Third-party costs are bear by shoppers. So, please place an order after 100% confirmation.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at infyshopy@gmail.com.(Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse, we refund after 7 days of receiving products.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 7 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds As return policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

1. You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email at infyshopy@gmail.com

2. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

3. If you have received a damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end we will replace the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product on our end and QC verified.

4. Customization

  • In case of any size issues in the custom, T-shirt, Lower, Half, Combo, etc. there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the return request.
  • The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
  • The color of the custom T-shirt, Lower, Half, Combo, Saree, Belows may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
  • For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into a particular bank account shared by the customer.

5. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product, the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if the wrong order is placed by the customer, then he/she have to bear the shipping cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at infyshopy@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I Return Part of My Order?

Sure, A return to infyshopy can be created at the product level and if you have ordered multiple products, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual product. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

I have Received a Damaged or Defective item/wrong Product in my Order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case, your product is damaged during shipment or transit of the order, you can request a replacement or cancellation and refund.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 7 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (infyshopy@gmail.com) within 7 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Do I have to Return the free gift when I return a Product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
